OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2011. The Research Findings Compilation on Corporate Culture of MCC Group (III) was published, and will be successively issued to all the divisions and subsidiaries, reported the press-centre of MCC.

This book consists of the newly achieved results in respect of corporate culture research, which has been undertaken for three years in succession by Corporate Culture Development Committee of MCC Group.

The subject of this research work is focused on the important value of active role of corporate culture for resolving problems in relation with the business development. After three stages of hard work (including subject application, subject study and preparation of research report), 19 articles were screened out in the Research Findings Compilation, providing a full display on the valuable exploration and successful experienced of various subsidiaries in different business sectors on: (i) corporate vision; (ii) strategic transformation; (iii) brand establishment; (iv) trans-cultural combination; (v) cultural development in teams; and (vi) fulfilling of social responsibility.

Director Wang Weimin of Corporate Culture Development Committee of MCC Group wrote a preface for this compilation.

The publication and issue of the 3rd compilation is deemed to play an active part in promoting the experience exchange among all the subsidiaries on corporate culture development and expand horizons on management of corporate culture.
