OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2011. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by Uralsviazinform OJSC to pay interest on the tenth coupon of the company’s Series 07 bonds and redeem 20% of their par value, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 8.5% per annum, or 25 rubles 43 kopecks per bond, and 20% of the par value in accordance with the debt repayment schedule. In all, 676,222,357rubles was paid out.

Uralsviazinform OJSC floated its six-year Series 07 bond issue on March 21, 2006 to raise 3billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank acted as the managing underwriter of the issue.
