OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2011. Since April it is possible to settle the utilities and other payments via the Internet banking system “SB linija“ free of charge. Residents having signed e-banking agreement at Siauliu bankas and paying from the bank account or from the bank’s payment card account can settle for different payments free of charge, reported the press-centre of Siauliu bankas.

“Payment of different fees, which became a monthly practice, since now can be one of the way to save. Siauliu bankas provides an opportunity to settle the utilities (water, electricity, gas and heating) and other payments without any service fee. Settling other payments, i.e. payment for life insurance, lease, internet or telecommunications services via “SB linija“ is also free of charge”, says Arunas Uzupis, the Head of Retail Banking Division of Siauliu bankas.

Payment for utilities and other services via “SB linija“ throughout 2011 is free of charge for new and current customers of Siauliu bankas.

In 2010 a number of clients using Internet banking of Siauliu bankas exceeded 46 thousand, i.e. a number of these customers increased by 18.4 per cent within the previous year. It was made more than 89 per cent of payment orders of total payment orders to other banks registered in Lithuania via Internet banking service system of Siauliu bankas “SB linija”.
