OREANDA-NEWS. April 12, 2011. VTB Bank has provided a one-year RUB 265 million facility to KuibyshevAzot. The funds will be channeled into financing the company’s current operations, reported the press-centre of VTB.

As part of cooperation with the company, JSC VTB Bank Shanghai Branch (China).
 
and Shanghai KuibyshevAzot Trading Co. Ltd. (China), a subsidiary of KuibyshevAzot, have entered into facility agreements amounting to USD 5 million.

VTB Bank and KuibyshevAzot have maintained long-term and mutually rewarding partnership relations since 2003. Besides lending, VTB offers settlement and cash services and provides foreign trade servicing to the company.
