OREANDA-NEWS. April 11, 2011. Pavel Skurikhin informed the Governor on the activities of the National Union of Grain Producers of Russia, which was established a year ago for the purpose of grain producers’ consolidation, coordination of their efforts in providing for stable profitability of grain production.

Conversation partners discussed the possibility of organization in the Voronezh region of the regional committee of the National Union of Grain Producers. The Governor supported proposal of the Union President and declared the necessity to organize such work in a single key.

The situation in the field of agriculture of the Voronezh region became one more theme of conversation.

According to Pavel Skurikhin “thanks to vast experience of Aleksey Gordeev in the region for the short period the great results were achieved in meet and diary breeding and in general in the systematical approach to agricultural areas’ development, beginning from the social issues and completing with production”.

Also Pavel Skurikhin informed that SAHO Group of Companies considers the Voronezh region as the potential business partner. “The region has an attractive conditions for investors and we would like to have an opportunity to take part in development of agricultural sector here”, — the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Siberian Agrarian Holding said.
