SOCAR Trading Starts Selling Nigerian oil
OREANDA-NEWS. April 11, 2011. SOCAR Trading, a subsidiary of SOCAR engaged in selling oil and oil products of the Company, has signed an agreement on selling the Nigerian oil in the world markets.
Nigerian state-run NNPC Company has chosen SOCAR Trading to sell 30,000 barrels of oil per day in 2011. The one-year contract will come into force from May 1. SOCAR Trading’s office has been operating in Nigeria since 2009.
