OREANDA-NEWS. April 11, 2011. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has abolished certificates of state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. According to the State Committee for Regulatory Policy, the relevant law was adopted at the session.

The law introduces the principle activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs without a certificate of registration. This standard will simplify and lower the starting and doing business in Ukraine.

Under the approved law, which incorporates both the Unified State Register account to change details of the legal person that are specified in the statement from the state registry, the state registrar shall deliver or send by mail with an attachment describing the applicant a statement from the Unified State Register.

The requirement for notary certify a copy of the document confirming the state registration is also cancelled as criminal responsibility for the accuracy of the information relies on the person who submitted them.

In addition, no longer be charged for obtaining statements from the Unified State Register of state registration: a legal entity of an individual entrepreneur; changes to the constituent documents of legal entity; changes in information about the physical entity that the Unified State Register; cessation of business of individual entrepreneurs a judicial decision on recognition of individual entrepreneur bankrupt, and in making to the Unified state register of court decisions about cancelling the registration of cessation of business of the individual entrepreneur.

At the same time not later than the next working day following the date of the registration state registrar shall give the founder of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur one copy of an extract from the Unified State Register.

Given that the statement confirm the facts (information on a person in the Unified State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) that exist to date, the statement will be perpetual. Limit the duration of only resulted in the need to constantly be unnecessary and burdensome procedures for a "new" statement, spending this time and money.
