OREANDA-NEWS. April 11, 2011. JSC “NORVIK BANKA” through a share issue has increased its share capital by LVL 1.1 million. After the increase, the bank’s share capital is LVL 57.39 millions, reported the press-centre of NORVIK BANKA.

The new issue of shares primarily was purchased by current NORVIK BANKA’s shareholders. Following issuance the largest Bank’s shareholder remains Icelandic company “Straumborg ehf.” (holds 50.15%) and Latvian private individuals Andrey Svircenkov and Jurij Shapurov, who holds 19.77% each.
