OREANDA-NEWS. April 7, 2011. Continuing its North American expansion, UNIQLO will launch a large store with a retail space of more than 3,000 square meters on New York's 34th Street this fall. This new location, at 31 West 34th Street, will follow on the heels of the Fifth Avenue global flagship store at 666 Fifth Avenue, New York, which is also to open in the fall of 2011.

Joining the Soho global flagship store, this will bring to three large stores, all of which offer retail space and apparel selections with flagship locations, operating in New York. In conjunction with this expansion, UNIQLO is seeking to recruit approximately 1,000 talented individuals to operate the new Fifth Avenue and 34th Street stores.
