OREANDA-NEWS. April 07, 2011. The rating agency Expert RA has confirmed the reliability rating of Allianz ROSNO Life at A++ ("Exceptionally High Reliability Level"), reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

"We have assigned Allianz ROSNO Life a maximum rating because of such factors as high current liquidity (116.5% as of 01 October 2010) and adjusted net insurance liquidity (1.128), large solvency margin (deviation of the actual size of solvency margin from the prescribed one equalled 492.3% as of 01 July 2010)", comments Mr. Alexei Yanin, head of the Insurers’ Rating Division in Expert RA.

The company is characterized by low share of accounts payable (9.5% as of 01 October 2010) and accounts receivable (4.6%). Solid capital adequacy figures (37.2% as of 2009), high reliability and efficiency of reinsurance protection are also noted as positive factors. The company’s investment portfolio is characterized by high liquidity (98%), reliability and profitability (6.7% for the 9 months of 2010), low share of affiliated counterparties. Allianz ROSNO Life possesses an extensive client base and agent network, sophisticated organizational structure, IT system and a detailed strategy, and it ranks as one of the market leaders.

Allianz ROSNO Life is the federal-scale life insurer. The company specializes in risk-based and endowment life insurance, as well as rent insurance. In 2010, the insurer collected 1.3 bn roubles of insurance premium, ranking 6th by volume of life insurance premium among the Russian insurance companies (source: FSSN). According to Expert RA, the company’s total assets as of 01 October 2010 equalled 2.4 bn roubles, with equity equaling 579 mln roubles, and the authorized capital increasing to 240 mln roubles in 2011.
