Mykola Azarov said that in February the size of average wage in 2,5 times exceeds the subsistence level.

Head of Government said that from April 1, increase social benefits for many categories. In particular help with the first child birth will rise to 350 UAH, second child - for 750 UAH and a third child - 1 thousand 440 UAH. Also raises the minimum unemployment benefits.

In addition, he said, from 1 April increased pension benefits for war veterans, victims of Nazi persecution, victims of the Chernobyl disaster, the state support in caring, the amount of pension premiums to donors, pension benefits for miners.
