OREANDA-NEWS. April 6, 2011. Regular TANECO BOD Meeting took place under the chairmanship of Farit Davletshin.

One of the main issues of the agenda was proceeding of Stage 1A1 facilities integral testing in order of producing the commercial output. The commissioning of Light and Dark oil product Pump station and Loading racks was also considered during the meeting.

At the moment CDU-VDU and Naphtha Stabilizer are putting into process conditions. The positive analysis of produced output quality was obtained (stable naphtha, process fuel for export). Dark oil product loading rack is ready for integral testing and tank car train is already prepared.

TANECO Executive Management Board approved the schedule of stepwise integral testing of Stage 1 of 1 facilities that allow creating a greater variety of products.

After discussion of production activities Board of Directors took into consideration TANECO current period budget fulfillment and budget forming for 2Q2011. BOD meeting also reviewed the information on obtaining the License for loading –unloading activities regarding dispatch of cargo by railway transport.

The issue on Board of Directors staff changes was included into agenda. TANECO Director for Capital Construction V.M. Mashkin was retired. I.V. Demyanov was appointed to this position and selected to the Management Board.

Ivan Demyanov worked as Deputy Director for Construction from 2009. He has 40 years work experience on the leading Petrochemical productions of Tatarstan.

Board of Directors reviewed other issues on financial and business activities of TANECO.
