JSC SITRONICS (LSE:SITR), a leading supplier of solutions in the field of telecommunications, information technologies and microelectronics in Russia and CIS informs that the subsidiary of CJSC SITRONCIS Telecom Solutions accomplished the work related to launch of the billing system FORIS Fix for OJSC Moscow Municipal Telephone Network (MGTS).

The billing system developed by the specialists of CJSC SITRONICS Telecom Solutions ensures collection and processing of data regarding provided services and their tariffing, billing of subscribers, control of accounts receivable and a number of other intellectual services. At the same time, the system guarantees not only the timely access to necessary data, but also high level of information protection.

The introduction of FORIS Fix allowed to integrate the subscribers’ bases of all Service Centers of MGTS into a single informational environment, which significantly simplified the process of interaction between the operator and the customer. Now every subscriber of MGTS can receive the information regarding the balance of the telephone account, pay communication services, connect and disconnect additional services and perform a number of other operations independently on assignment of subscriber’s phone number to specific Service Center.
