OREANDA-NEWS. April 6, 2011. CenterTelecom OJSC reports that it has appointed Natalia Kalyatskaya the company's Deputy General Director, Director of Kaluga branch of CenterTelecom.

In February 2011 Natalia Kalyatskaya was appointed the branch's acting Director due to appointment of former Director Vladislav Ledkov the company's new Deputy General Director responsible for project management. Previously Ms. Kalyatskaya worked as Kaluga branch's first Deputy Director responsible for business development and sales.

Natalia Kalyatskaya joined CenterTelecom's Kaluga branch in 2002 as a chief of internal audit department; in 2004 she was promoted to the post of the branch's chief of strategic business and marketing department. In 2008 Ms. Kalyatskaya was appointed the branch's deputy Director responsible for commercial issues. Since January 2010 she worked as the branch's first Deputy Director responsible for business development and sales. In February 2011 Natalia Kalyatskaya was appointed CenterTelecom's Kaluga branch's acting Director.

Ms. Kalyatskaya was born on March 15, 1971. In 1993 she graduated from Moscow State Railway Engineering Institute with a specialty in automated information processing systems administration. In 2006 she graduated from Moscow Labor Market and IT Academy with a specialty in crisis management. Ms. Kalyatskaya holds a PhD in Technical Sciences.
