OREANDA-NEWS. April 06, 2011. Troika Dialog has been named "Best 2010 Company-Employer" in the nomination “Company most ideally fostering employees’ professional growth." The prize was awarded during the III All-Russia HR-Managers’ Conference "Innovative technologies of personnel motivation," held on March 31 in Moscow.

Receiving the award, Tatiana Tikhonova, HR Director at Troika Dialog, said, "This prize further reinforces Troika Dialog’s status as the market leaders. Despite the challenging times, we weathered the crisis more successfully than many of our competitors and emerged from it as the winners. The market has once again recognized our high marks as an employer."

The prize "Company-Employer of the Year” is awarded by "Elite Personnel Magazine." The winners are determined through an expert survey conducted among former and current company employees. Among the participants in the 2010 competition were 600 Russian companies, including the recognized leaders of Russian business.
