SEB Changed Terms and Conditions of Its Funds
OREANDA-NEWS. April 05, 2011. SEB Asset Management S.A. and the management boards of SEB SICAV funds have decided to change the terms and conditions of the funds, reported the press-centre of SEB.
1. New central administration
SEB Management S.A. transfers the central administration of the Funds, including the functions of administrator, registrar of units (shares) and organiser of issues of units (shares), under its continuing liability and control, and at its own expense from Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken S.A. to Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) S.A. on 16 May 2011.
2. Valuation date
Every banking day in Luxembourg, except 24 December, is used as the value date of all funds for conciliation purposes.
3. Issue of fractions of units and shares, and rounding the net asset value
Fund units and shares will be issued to the accuracy of a thousandth from 29 April 2011 in order to avoid small residual amounts emerging for the subscribers.
The units and shares of current fund investors issued and not redeemed by 29 April 2011 will be rounded to the accuracy of a thousandth on this date. The quantity of units is rounded up at the expense of the intermediary of the fund (AS SEB Varahaldus).
The net asset value of a unit and a share will be calculated to the accuracy of three decimal places from no later than the third quarter of 2011.
4. Minimum initial investment
If the holding of an investor in a fund becomes smaller than the minimum initial investment of the relevant sub-fund or unit class (if established) as a result of the redemption or switching of units or shares, the management company of the specific fund or the management board of the fund may decide on the redemption, or switching of all of the units or shares belonging to this investor in the relevant sub-fund or units class at its own discretion.
Detailed information about these changes in fund rules is available in the overview prepared by SEB Asset Management S.A., which is available in English (original) and Estonian (translation) on the website of AS SEB Varahaldus.
