OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2011. TNK-BP has started to sell its new fuel, BP Ultimate Diesel, at all BP filling stations in Moscow and the Moscow region, reported the press-centre of TNK-BP.

BP Ultimate Diesel, a premium fuel that has been developed with leading technologies, significantly enhances engine performance.

With its higher Cetane content, BP Ultimate Diesel substantially improves engine efficiency. Independent tests on various cars have shown that, by using BP Ultimate Diesel, engine power and acceleration can improve by 8.2% compared with a normal engine.

In terms of its cleaning qualities, BP Ultimate Diesel is up to four times more effective than a standard diesel fuel. Tests have shown that, with BP Ultimate Diesel, a journey of around 700km will clear out the majority of engine sediment. BP Ultimate diesel does not only cleanse most of the deposits that have ended up in the engine, but is also able to prevent them from building up again.

BP Ultimate Diesel allows an engine to save fuel and reduce harmful emissions. Tests on a variety of car brands have demonstrated that, with BP Ultimate Diesel, a full tank can last up to 33km longer – this equates to an extra 560km for the annual car travel average of 18 thousand km.

In the next three years, TNK-BP will invest upwards of 2 billion rubles in developing a chain of multi-functional BP filling stations in the Moscow region, increasing their presence to 100.
