OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2011. The Russian Bank for Development is attracting new infrastructure organizations for implementation of the SME Lending Support Program. Within the framework of micro-finance support to SMEs the Bank has concluded the first loan facility agreement with a non-bank depositary lending institution – Richford Credit OJSC (Voronezh), reported the press-centre of RBD.   

This agreement envisages opening a credit line for subsequent on-lending to small and medium sized enterprises in the Voronezh Oblast for a 3-years’ period. The maximal size of a loan for an SME will reach RUR 1 million with terms of 6 months - 3 years. The funds will be channeled for expanding and development of the existing business and for repair and upgrading of fixed assets of SMEs.

Presently Richford Credit is a dynamically developing organization seeking to expand the SMEs’ access to credit resources and to develop the oblast’s producing sector and service industry.
