Russian Railways Appointed Vice-President
OREANDA-NEWS. April 01, 2011. The Board of Directors of Russian Railways has appointed Salman Babayev Vice-President of Russian Railways with responsibility for commercial activities, reported the press-centre of Russian Railways.
Salman Babayev graduated from the Khabarovsk Institute of Railway Engineers in 1978, specialising as a Rail Operations Engineer.
He worked at Far Eastern Railways from 1978 to 1980 as assistant yardmaster and duty officer at the station Komsomolsk-on-Amur, station manager at the station Komsomolsk-Sortirovochny and finally train dispatcher at the Komsomolsk Branch of Far Eastern Railways.
