OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2011. Since incorrect information has appeared in the sources about servicing of a loan to CJSC Premier Estate, the Bank of Moscow hereby advises that complex security has been provided for the loan:
1) pledge of a land plot (value according to the latest appraisal report — RUR16.46 bln),
2) pledge of stakes (100%) of the owner of the land plot,
3) surety from the owner of the land plot,
4) pledge of shares (100%) in the borrower.

The collateral has not been changed since the loan was extended.
