OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service considered a petition of “UNIMILK” OJSC (build.13-14, 27 Vyatskaya St., Moscow, 127015; main activities – production and distribution of dairy products and baby food) about preliminary approval of acquiring 100% of the authorised capital of “No.1 Yekateringburg City Milk Works” OJSC (16 Azina St., Yekaterinburg, 620027; main activities – milk processing and cheese production) (Registration No. 12721 DSP of 10th March 2011), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The Federal Antimonopoly Service extended the period for considering the petition for two month in order to additionally examine the petition and obtain additional information to make a decision under Clause 2 Part 2 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006.
