OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2011. Rospotrebnadzor has rejected 28 lots of Moldovan wine productions in the total volume of 452,349.2 liters since the beginning of 2011. Particularly, 18 lots of wine, 4 lots of wine materials and 6 lots of cognac produced by the Grape Valley, Imperial Vin, Barza Alba, Basvinex, Romanesti. Colusvin, Lion-Gri were declared as not meeting the hygienic standards, according to the Federal service on customers' rights protection and human well-being surveillance.  

“Only for the period of March 23-March 28, 2011, three lots of wine in the volume of 11,619 liters, produced by Lion-Gri and failing to meet hygienic norms, were revealed”.

According to Rospotrebnadzor’s data, in 20110, the customs clearance was passed by the 764 lots of wine (3 million 105 thousand 298.95 liters), 86 lots of brandies (356 thousand 343 liters.), 49 lots of wine materials (1 million 116 thousand 198 liters).
