OREANDA-NEWS. March 30, 2011. On April 14, 2011 JSC "IDGC North-West will hold an open auction in electronic form on opening credit lines for the branches" Vologdaenergo "," Pskovenergo” and “ Novgorodenergo”.  As electronic trading platform was selected an automated bidding system "Sberbank AST.

The purpose is to ensure the long-term crediting of investment program 2011 for  three branches of IDGC North-West, switched to a RAB-based tariff

It is planned to take credit in the amount of 270 million rubles for "Vologdaenergo” , 85 million rubles for “Novgorodenergo”,  495 million rubles  for " Pskovenergo”.

Applications for participation in an electronic auction are accepted until April 7, 2011.
