OREANDA-NEWS. March 28, 2011. Azerbaijan’s OJSC DemirBank has announced holding of an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting.

According to the Bank, the meeting will open at 5 pm on 20 April in the Demirbank’s office at 31, Garabagh Street. Only one question is on its agenda: conclusion of deals of special importance.
