OREANDA-NEWS. March 28, 2011. Vnukovo International introduced its summer navigation valid through October 29, 2011. Furthermore, we wish to bring to the attention of all air travelers the fact that Daylight Saving Time otherwise known as summer time took effect on the night of March 28, with all the clocks were adjusted an hour ahead at 2 a.m on that day.

All the Airport clocks and systems were reset automatically and this in no way affected either the customer service quality or airport/aeronautical security levels that Vnukovo International has been known to assure.

We wish to remind you that the DST adjustment was the very last one in a long line of such biannual steps, as per a relevant Presidential Executive Order by the RF President Dmitry Medvedev.
