OREANDA-NEWS. March 28, 2011. Bank CenterCredit (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on April 22, 2011 at 10:00 o'clock an annual general meeting of the Bank's shareholders is due to begin, with the agenda as follows, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- report of the Bank's Management Board on performance in 2010;

- approval of the Bank's consolidated financial statements for 2010;

- about changes in the Bank's Board of Directors.

The said meeting will be held at Panfilov str. 98, Almaty. The registration of participants will start at 09:45 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the said meeting will be drawn up as of April 1, 2011.

In case of absence of the quorum a repeated shareholders' meeting will be held on April 25, 2011 at the same time and at the same place.
