OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2011. Domestic Production. Mazda's total domestic production volume in February 2011 increased year-on-year up 1.0% on February 2010, due to increased production of passenger vehicles.

Overseas Production

Posting a year-on-year increase for the 21st consecutive month, Mazda's overseas production volume in February 2011 improved 7.6% on February 2010, reflecting healthy production of both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda's total domestic sales volume in February 2011 decreased 16.9% compared to February 2010, due to reduced sales of both passenger and commercial vehicles.
Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 5.3% (down 0.2 points year-on-year), with a 2.8% share of the micro-mini segment (down 0.2 points year-on-year) and a 4.4% total market share (down 0.2 points year-on-year).
