OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2011. Rodion Merzlyakov, who previously performed duties of Commercial Director, has been appointed Managing Director of I.T. Co.’s Ural branch office. Former Managing Director – Andrey Sinaychenko – continues his enrollment as Technical Director of the Infrastructure Solutions Department in Moscow office.

Mr. Merzlyakov has a great deal of experience in cooperation with oil & gas enterprises. Throughout his career he worked closely with I.T. Co., was involved in several projects on the part of customers, and in 2009 received a job offer to head the I.T. Co. Ural office as Commercial Director.

The Ural branch office controls Bashkortostan, Chelyabinsk and Orenburg regions. For 16 years the Ural office implemented hundreds of IT projects for different customers, among which are the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Pension Fund Department of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Bashneft, Bashkirenergo, Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Company, Sberbank of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Ufa State Aviation Technical University (UGATU) and many others. For instance, starting from 2011 we plan our active involvement in the Western Siberian Region. Among main duties of Andrey Sinaychenko in the role of Technical Director of the Infrastructure Solutions Department are the increase of I.T. Co.’s infrastructure business, support and development of technological expertise and development of innovative solutions.
