OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2011. DTEK Academy, the Company’s corporate university, expands its premises due to widening scope of training activities. Several rooms and a cafeteria were added. According to Tatyana Kuzmenko, DTEK Academy Manager, the programmes for production enterprises’ employees (Team Leader School, Shift Leader School), events for Corporate Center divisions and competence development programmes were added to the ‘Power of Knowledge’ and ‘Energy of Leader’ that have proven to be efficient.
 
Now the corporate university has enough conference rooms to host development centers, follow-up discussions, meetings and negotiations. Five auditoriums are equipped according to the best educational standards with up-to-date projectors, plasma screens and quality audio systems. One auditorium out of three is equipped as a standard computer classroom, which is what specialized Divisions often need. The above makes the new auditoriums perfectly suitable for training Company’s managers of all levels.

We are currently facing ever increasing interest to DTEK corporate university – both from our employees and third parties. In the future the Academy plans to establish sharing of teaching and methodological resources with the prominent world business school associations’, commented Alexander Kucherenko, the Acting HR Director of DTEK.
