OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2011. To lower the risk attached to trades in ordinary shares of  JSC "COMSTAR - UTS" (RTS Classica ticker CMST, RTS T+0 market ticker CMSTG) which will be cancelled following their conversion into securities of MTS OJSC  the following change in organization of trading in such securities will be implemented:

executing trades in these securities with settlements on April 1, 2011 and later will be prohibited in the non-anonymous trading mode (RTS Classica) and on-exchange trading mode with settlement on T+0 .

The changes will take effect as of March 23, 2011.

Please be informed that trading in above-mentioned securities will be suspended not later than on a business day following the day when information agencies release the information on sending an application on introduction of a record on the reorganization in the form of merger into the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities.
