OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2011. Bank CenterCredit (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following, reported the press-centre of KASE:

... the special General shareholders' meting has by absentee voting decided to appoint Z. Amankulov a member of the Bank's Board of Directors.

Therefore, the following composition of the Bank's Board of Directors is currently in effect:

1. Bakhytbek Baiseitov;

2. Vladislav Li;

3. Zhumakeldy Amankulov;

4. Suh, Ki Youl;

5. Galina Shalgimbaeva - independent director;

6. Yang, Choen Sik - independent director

Apart from that, on March 1, 2011 the Bank's Board of Directors decided to appoint Oh Ki Hong and Lee Nam Kyu members of the Management Board, deputy chairmen of the Management Board.

Therefore, the following composition of the Bank's Management Board is currently in effect:

1. Vladislav Li - Chairman of Management Board;

2. Oh Ki Hong - Vice-Chairman of Management Board;
                                                               
3. Maksat Alzhanov - Vice-Chairman of Management Board;

4. Lee Nam Kyu - Vice-Chairman of Management Board;

5. Shim Moo Gil - Vice-Chairman of Management Board;

6. Bulan Adilkhanov - Vice-Chairman of Management Board.
