OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2011. TATNEFT Company is introducing an information and analytical system “Manager Monitor" for taking prompt managerial decisions and monitoring their implementation, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The pilot operation of the information and analytical system was successfully performed on the basis of Yelkhovneft Oil and Gas Production Board in 2010. Implementation of the program was carried out jointly with specialists of departments and services of NGDU Yelkhovneft, experts engaged with SAP project and the corporate resource management systems of TATNEFT, consultants of Energy Consulting / Corporate IT Solutions and Modern Internet Technologies Company.

This system based on monthly reporting data by the areas of the management activity allows the manager to visually track the profile of key performance indicators for crude oil production and oil treatment, formation pressure maintenance, development and production of oil and gas reserves, as well as consumption energy. The system also tracks the orders execution at an Oil and Gas Production Board, fulfillment of investment programs, well workover, logistics, land use, and both quantitative and qualitative composition of the staff.

One of the advantages of the information and analytical system is integration with other software complexes, i.e. it is possible to obtain data from various data bases. The information and analytical system implemented allows covering the entire production and business activities of the production board and providing on-line information for the managers at all levels of the production board management.

Looking forward it is planned to use other features of the system, such as access technology from a tablet mobile computer and expanded access to existing corporate information systems. In future the information and analytical system implemented at NGDU Yelkhovneft also will reflect performance indicators of TATNEFT’s Branch in Turkmenistan.
