OREANDA-NEWS. March 24, 2011. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has set the minimum standards of public consumption for solid fuel and liquid gas, and the limits of their cost to provide benefits in 2011 and housing subsidies by subvention from the state budget to local budgets. The Government adopted the corresponding decree.

According to the decree, minimum standards of solid fuel and liquefied gas provision for benefits make one ton and one bulb for a household per year, and for individuals who have the right according to Art. 48 of Mountain Law of Ukraine – 3.1 tons of coal for household needs for a household per year.

Minimum population provision with the liquefied gas used for cooking, for housing subsidies are set based on the calculation: 2 bulbs (42 kg) per year for one or two people, 3 bulbs (63 kg) for three to four people, 4 bulbs (84 kg) for five and more persons.

Persons, who use liquid fuel for heating premises, will get benefits based on calculating the cost of one ton of solid fuel, and subsidies to pay for its acquisition – based on the cost of approved standards in the region for the natural provision norm of the population with solid fuel. In the case of use of liquefied gas being stored in bulk tank installations, the minimum rate of this gas is 42 kg per person per year but no more than 210 kg.
