OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2011. The Board of Directors of Rostelecom (RTS and MICEX: RTKM,  RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY) passed a resolution at the end of a meeting held  by absentee voting to include in the list of appointees for the Board of Directors of the company the following persons:

Nominees put forward by Svyazinvest:

Vladimir Bondarik – Deputy General Director of Svyazinvest; 

Alexander Vinogradov – Advisor to General Director of VimpelCom;

Anton Zlatopolsky – General Director of “Rossiya” TV channel;

Sergey Kuznetsov – Member of the National Register of Independent Directors of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs;

Anatoly Milyukov – Executive Vice President of Gazprombank;

Anastasia Ositis – President of ASVT Group

Alexander Pertsovsky -  Chairman of the Management Board of Renaissance Group for Russia’

Alexander Provotorov – President of Rostelecom;

Ivan Rodionov – Professor of State University Higher School of Economics, Professor of Russian State University for the Humanities

Vadim Semenov – General Director of Svyazinvest

Igor Shchegolev – Minister of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

Nominees put forward by State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank):

1. Anatoly Tikhonov – First Deputy Chairman and Member of the Management Board of Vnesheconombank;

2. Anatoly Ballo – Deputy Chairman and Member of the Management Board of Vnesheconombank;

3. Mikhail Poluboyarinov – Director of the Infrastructure Department of Vnesheconombank;

4. Sergey Pridantsev

5. Yury Kudimov – General Director of VEB Capital (Investment Company of Vnesheconombank).

Rostelecom’s Charter specifies that the company’s Board of Directors shall consist of 6 Members.

The Board of Directors of Rostelecom also announced nominees to the Company’s Audit Commission to be elected at the AGM.

Svetlana Bocharova - Head of the Division of Accounting, Tax and Statistics Department of Svyazinvest;

Valentina Veremyanina - Executive Director and Head of the Department of Corporate Management and Legal Support of Svyazinvest;

Bogdan Golubitsky – Executive Director and Director of the Department of Economic Planning and Budgeting of Svyazinvest;

Ekaterina Dubrovina - Chief Specialist of the Internal Audit Department of Svyazinvest;

Olga Koroleva - Chief Accountant of Svyazinvest;

Nominees put forward by State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank):

Vyacheslav Ulupov - Director of Internal Control Service of Vnesheconombank;

Andrei Derkach – Deputy Director of the Industrial Assets Management of LLC VEB Capital.

Rostelecom’s Charter specifies that the Company’s Audit Committee shall consist of 5 members.
