OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2011. The International Lean-Conference "Partnership for Success" for suppliers and enterprises of a commodity and service network of KAMAZ will be held at KAMAZ on April 5 and 6, 2011.

This is the fourth Lean Forum which will be held by KAMAZ jointly with the Chamber of Commerce of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and Zakamye Region with the assistance of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Christoph Siegel, Head of TOS, Daimler (Germany), Gert Haar-Jorgensen, a Senior Lean Coach, Management Consultant and Managing Director for Lean Couching Ltd. (UK), and Peter Willats, a founder of the Kaizen Institute in Europe (Germany) will share their experience in implementing Lean-processes. One of important speeches will be made by Donal Finn, Lean Couching Ltd. (UK) about the experience of Toyota.

On the second day of the conference, the participants will visit workshops which will be organized at the forge plant of KAMAZ-Metallurgy OJSC, KAMAZ-Diesel Inc., and in the Executive Directorate of Kamaz.
