BCSE Announced Stock Market Results in February 2011
OREANDA-NEWS. March 22, 2011. As of 01.03.2011, 41 interest yield GLTB issues (including 4 bond issues with the par value of BYR 1,000,000.00 and 37 bond issue for the par value of BYR 100,000.00), 1 discount yield GLTB issues (par value is BYR 100,000.00 for a bond) have been admitted to the BCSE circulation.
In February 2011, there were 585 government securities transactions amounting to BYR 1 122.14 billion or 10 004 114 bonds (there were 1 047 transactions amounting to BYR 1 593.58 billion or 15 931 131 bonds in February 2010).
In February 2011, the “before redemption” transactions weighted average yield regarding DGLTB was 15.37 % per year, regarding IGLTB was 16.28% per year. An average REPO rate, regardless REPO period, regarding DGLTB was 8.64% per year, regarding IGLTB was 10.79% per year.
As of 01.03.2011, 27 banks and 13 non-banks securities market professional participants were admitted to the government securities secondary trades. Savings bank Belarusbank became the operation volume leader, and Bank Moscow-Minsk became the leader by number of transactions in the secondary government securities market
The primary corporate bond market
As of 01.03.2011, 15 bond issues of 7 issuers were admitted to the exchange distribution. There were no bond distributions at the BCSE in a “simple auction” mode in February 2011.
The following issuers distributed their own bond issues in a “forward transaction” mode: MTBank (issue No.7); ASB Leasing (issues No.15 (ETB); Technobank (issue No.6). These operations resulted in 14 transactions amounting to BYR 18.85 billion, or 55 526 bonds. The weighted average yield was 10.83 % per year. (There were 25 bond distributions amounting to BYR 114.42 billion or 535 394 bonds in February 2010).
As of 01.03.2011, 24 banks and 35 non-bank securities market professional participants were admitted to the participation in the bonds distribution purchase.
The secondary corporate bond market (Local Loan Bonds (LLB) exclusive)
As of 01.03.2011, 152 bond issues of 56 Issuers were admitted to the exchange circulation, including 60 bond issues of 11 issuers which were admitted to the First Level Quotation List A and 92 bond issues of 45 Issuers were admitted to the Out-of List circulation.
In February 2011, there were 142 corporate bond transactions in the exchange trade system amounting to BYR 280.65 billion or 1 340 425 bonds, including 140 transactions settled in Belarusian rubles amounting to BYR 277.02 billion; 2 transactions settled in US dollars amounting to USD 1.21 million, or 117 bonds. (There were 87 bonds transactions amounting to BYR 104.21 billion or 598 921 bonds in February 2010).
In February 2011, S-Tplus 0 and S-Tplus n transactions weighted average yield reached 4.85 % per year. The weighted average rate of S-REPO bonds transactions was 14.36 % per year.

The secondary LLB market
As of 01.03.2011, 91 bond issues of 48 Issuers were admitted to the out-of-list circulation. In February 2011, there were 4 LLB transactions amounting to BYR 62.58 billion or 62 562 bonds of executive-administrative authorities bonds.
The weighted average yield of the S-Tplus 0 and S-Tplus n transactions was 0% per year. (There were 3 transactions in bonds amounting to BYR 87.93 billion or 26 701 bonds in February 2010).
The secondary equity market
As of 01.03.2011, 2 102 issues of 2 066 Issuers were admitted to the exchange circulation, including 2 issues of one Issuer which were admitted to the First Level Quotation List A, 22 issues of 21 issuers were admitted to the Second Level Quotation List A, 48 issues of 48 Issuers were admitted to the Quotation List B and 2 030 issues of 1 996 issuers were admitted to the out-of-list circulation.
In February 2011, there were 2 700 equity transactions in the exchange trade system amounting to BYR 16.03 billion, or 1 034 775 equities, including 2 697 transactions settled in Belarusian rubles amounting to BYR 15.71 billion; 3 transactions settled in US dollars amounting to USD 0.11 million, or 19 956 bonds. (In February 2010, there were 381 equity transactions amounting to BYR 4.01 billion, or 2 493 170 equities).
As of 01.03.2011, 24 banks and 35 non-bank securities market professional participants were admitted to the equities secondary trades. In February 2011, Leaderinvest, LLC became the leader both by operation volume and by number of transactions in the secondary equity market.

As of 01.03.2011, the number of admitted to the exchange circulation issuers totaled 2 387 securities issues.
In February 2011, there were 3 445 purchase and sale securities transactions amounting to BYR 1 500.25 billion, or 12 497 402 securities. (In February 2010, there were 1 543 purchase and sale securities transactions amounting to BYR 1 904.15 billion, or 19 585 317 securities).
