OREANDA-NEWS. March 22, 2011. President Jia Zhiqiang paid a four-day working visit to Angola with Ren Hongbin, Chairman of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), reported the press-centre of China National Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corporation. 
 
During the visit, President Jia Zhiqiang and Chairman Ren Hongbin were received by Vice President Xi Jinping. They also participated in a series of activities along with Vice President Xi Jinping’s delegation. They attended the forum on Chinese enterprises in Angola, at which Vice Minister of Commerce of PRC Chen Jian took the chair and Vice President Xi Jinping was present. After the forum, they met Vice Minister Chen Jian.

During their stay in Angola, President Jia Zhiqiang participated in the forum on subordinate enterprises of SINOMACH in Angola chaired by Chairman Ren Hongbin, and heard the report on the onsite work of the representative office and project office of CMEC with Chairman Ren Hongbin. They inspected the construction of the Luanda Water Purification Factory and the transformer substation constructed by CMEC and went to the construction site of the water factory. They also paid an inspection visit to the representative office and project office of CMEC and conveyed greetings to the staff.
