OREANDA-NEWS. March 22, 2011. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by VolgaTelecom OJSC to pay interest on the eighteenth coupon of the company’s Series VT-4 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 12% per annum, or 29 rubles 92 kopecks per bond. The Bank paid 28,530,911 rubles 28 kopecks in total coupon interest, less the individual income tax and tax on foreign organizations’ incomes that were withheld by the issuer.

VolgaTelecom OJSC floated its seven-year Series VT-4 bond issue on September 12, 2006 to raise 3billion rubles.
