OREANDA-NEWS. March 22, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) found that “Apatit” OJSC did not violate the antimonopoly law, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On 30th December, 2010 FAS Russia initiated a case against “Apatit” OJSC upon the signs of violating Clauses 1, 5 and 8 Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.

The case was initiated upon a complaint of “Metakhim” CJSC that “Apatit” OJSC refused to conclude a contract for supplies of apatite concentrate.

“In the near future FAS Russia will develop the rules for non-discriminatory access to apatite concentrate. The first meeting on the issue will already take place next week”, said Andrey Tsuganov, Deputy Head of FAS Russia.
