OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2011. The State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan has reported of this February’s reduction of 1.9 fold  in manufacture of national pharmaceutical industry compared with January.

The Committee informs that in January- February 2011 domestic production of pharmaceutical products totaled 184.200 manats that is by 10.7% less against the figure of January –February 2010.in February it was produced pharmaceutical production only for AZN 63.100 against AZN 120.100 in January 2011.

In 2010 country’s production of pharmaceutical products reached 1 million manats, including 100.000 manats in December. Over the past year the manufacture record was cracked in October - 300.000 manats.
