OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2011. Two audits at once will be carried out at KAMAZ-Metallurgy OJSC at the beginning of April.

During the first audit of a management system of labor protection and occupational safety and an environmental management system, the company will be assessed for compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 international standards. The systems will be examined by KAMAZ’s long-standing partner – Certification Association "Russian Register". As a result of this first recertification, KAMAZ-Metallurgy OJSC will receive new certificates of conformity. Moreover, the specialists of “Russian Register” "will assess a quality management system within an inspection audit of the QMS.

The second audit for TUV certification will be held at the foundry and the forge plant in early April. The auditors will assess the management system of KAMAZ-Metallurgy OJSC from the standpoint of quality control processes and activities. This check will be an inspection only, as a recertification for quality was held at KAMAZ-Metallurgy OJSC in 2010.
