OREANDA-NEWS. March 21, 2011. Recently, Ansteel Construction Company signed with Chelyabinsk Steelworks, Russia in the form of tender discussion a contract of the civil work, plant building construction for the roughing mill modification of the one hundred long heavy rail rolling line of Chelyabinsk Steelworks – the largest special steel mill in Russia, with the total contract value of RMB 7100 million, reported the press-centre of Ansteel Group.
 
This is one more breakthrough result after the company’s overseas engineering work order of 9500 million yuan last year, which was achieved through the implementation of the “going-out” strategy.

This engineering work includes the 130000m3 concrete pouring, 16000t steel structure installation and 14000t steel bar binding, and will start at the end of March and top the plant building in November. The total construction period will be 8 months.
