Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) has decided to donate 500 million yen including previously announced 300 million yen in order to aid quicker recovery (Japanese Red Cross Society 300 million yen, Miyagi Prefectural Government 100 million yen and Iwate Prefectural Government 100 million yen, where TEL facilities are located).

We wish to express our deepest sympathies and condolences for the victims of the Pacific Coast of Tohoku Earthquake. We sincerely hope that the afflicted areas can realize a quick recovery.
