OREANDA-NEWS. March 18, 2011. According to February results passenger traffic had a total enrolment of 475 612 people, which is 8,8% more than it was in February 2010, including:

International airlines passenger traffic to foreign countries in February 2010 had a total enrolment of 146 037 people, which is 6,6% less than the number of passengers carried in February 2010.

Domestic airlines passenger traffic had a total enrolment of 276 147 people, which is 12,3% more than in February 2010.

Passenger traffic to the countries of CIS increased by 53,4% and had a total enrolment of 53 428 people.

The number of takeoff and landing operations increased by 17,5% in February 2011 and had a total enrolment of 7 025 takeoffs and landings. The volume of handled gross takeoff weight (GTOW) is 224 374 tons, the increase is 14,4% as compared with the same period in 2010.

The first 2 months results of 2011

According to the first 2 months of 2011 results passenger traffic of Pulkovo Airport had a total enrolment of 1 041 096 people, which is 13,3% more than the activities of the first 2 months of 2010, including:

International airlines passenger traffic to the foreign countries for the first 2 months in 2011 had a total enrolment of 373 909 people, which is 4,8% more than the number of passengers, carried during the first 2 months in 2010.

Domestic airlines passenger traffic had a total enrolment of 556 629 people, which is 13,5% more than during the first 2 months in 2010.

Passenger traffic to the countries of CIS increased by 54,4% and had a total enrolment of 110 558 people.

The number of takeoff and landing operations increased by 20,0% during the first 2 months in 2011 and had a total enrolment of 15 065 takeoffs and landings. The volume of handled gross takeoff weight (GTOW) is 485 785 tons, the increase is 16,1% as compared with the same period in 2010.
