OREANDA-NEWS. March 18, 2011. The process of modernization on Lipetsk confectionery factory ROSHEN, which was began in 2004, has completed. Today, two manufacturing facilities (in Lipetsk and Sentsovo) are equipped with new equipment and went to full production capacity (more than 140 thousand tons per year). Vyacheslav Moskalevsky, President of ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation told about that on the 14th of March during the opening of a new production line of iced chocolates on the basis of nougat. The cost of the production line is about USD  10 million. Overall, since 2004, in re-equipment of Lipetsk confectionary factory was invested more than USD  100 million. In perspective - building a new production site and logistics center in Kosyrevka (Lipetsk region).

The new factory will specialize in the production of chocolate products. Production capacity - 100 tons per year. Near the factory will be located Class A logistics center, which will include raw materials warehouse area of 23 thousand square meters and finished product storage area of 46 thousand square meters. The Corporation plans to complete construction in 2014.

After the launching of the new production site Lipetsk confectionery factory ROSHEN will become one of the leading enterprises for the production of confectionery in the Russian Federation.
