Two hippodrome complexes are to be commissioned soon in Turkmenistan. This technology allowed to give up using cable lines and to economize on operational expenses of hippodromes.

Architectural and design decisions of the office building for Organizing Committee of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and the XI Para-Olympic Winter Games of 2014 which is being constructed by ITERA in Sochi, meet the  world "green standards" and employ the latest technologies in the area of ecological safety and energy efficiency.

Parus (Sail), an apartment building, would be the first business-class ecological house of the Company in Minsk. By the way, this 32-storeyed building gave a start to construction of high-rise buildings in Belarus. Efficient construction will be an obvious advantage of apartment houses and public buildings (over 2.5 million sq. m) of Minsk-City, a new city-area constructed by ITERA International Group of Companies at an area of 318 hectares. Construction of that area in the center of the capital city of Belarus is to be complete within 12 years.
