OREANDA-NEWS. March 17, 2011. Under international program of Ukrainian Fashion Week partner of the event – Ukrsotsbank, member of UniCredit Group, - one of the first who came with philanthropic gesture on 16 March, 2011. Head of Retail Division Member of the Board Mauro Maschio will handle check on UAH 25 000 to Sister of Charity Maria Christiana and to 10 of her charity-kids. Money will be aimed to repair and asylum care in Vradiyevka village.

Mauro Maschio: “It is a pleasure for us to be here today. Taking part to this charity event in the framework of the ukrainian fashion week. We want to support this initiatives aiming to help the children, who represent the future of our country sure hoping to help them to have a better life. Full of beauties.”

Sister of Charity Maria Christiana from “God and Lady Mary Novitiate from Matara” community is an Argentina nun who has been helping poor children in Ukraine for many years. In general there have been nursing 50 children in Ivan-Frankovsk orphan asylum founded by Sister of Charity Maria. Sister of Charity Maria and her mate have been patronizing Christian nurture and provide children of the asylum with possible help. They also make a lot of efforts to support the asylum in Vradiyevka Nikolayev oblast.

Supermodel Dji Dieng will be present at the meeting as she attending Ukraine with charitable purpose. She will publicly thank the Bank with the help that is very important for children of the asylums. Dji Dieng is an active philanthropic figure (she is honored with humanitarian and United Nations organization volunteer awards) and acts as UNESCO goodwill ambassador on Sri Lanka. She makes a lot of efforts to cooperation with organizations that take preventive measures against HIV/AIDS. Here in Ukraine model will provide “AntiAIDS” and “First Profession” projects with priceless help.
