OREANDA-NEWS. March 17, 2011. Chusovoy Metallurgical Works (CMW, Perm Territory) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

The meeting resolved on early termination of the powers of the members of the CMW Board of Directors elected by the June 9, 2010, Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The shareholders elected the following new members to the CMW Board of Directors: Albina Aliullova, Valery Anisimov, Anfisa Anisimova, Mikhail Zubarev, Anatoly Karpov, Elena Komisarova, and Anastasia Poletaeva.

The meeting resolved on early termination of the contract to transfer of the sole executive body’s powers to OMK, effective March 9, 2011. The shareholders instructed the Board of Directors to ensure that the sole executive body is appointed not later than March 9, 2011. The shareholders approved a restated version of the CMW Articles of Association.
