OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2011. Effective March 16, 2011 quotation of ordinary and preferred shares of Tambovsky Zavod "Komsomolets" Named in Honour of N.S.Artyomov (RTS Board tickers – tzkm and tzkmp respectively) will be suspended on RTS Board, due to state registration of the reports on the results of the issues of the Company’s ordinary and preferred shares that was placed by conversion into shares of the same category (type) with a larger par value.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1776 securities of 1277 companies are included in RTS Board.
