OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2011. Starting from March 16, 2011 the additional issue of ordinary shares of "FGC UES ", JSC   (state registration number 1-01-65018-D-102D as of 12.08.2010) will be admitted to trading on RTS markets in the amount of 22,386,794,841  shares. The principal and additional issues will be traded on the RTS Classica market under the same ticker, FEES. The number of ordinary shares before the change – 1,233,561,333,552  shares, after the change – 1,255,948,128,393  shares.

Please note that only the shares of the principal issue shares (state registration number 1-01-65018-D as of 10.09.2002) are admitted to settlements with the Central Counterparty.
